Kristen Stewart tells Donald Trump: “I’m so gay, dude”…

Kristen Stewart completely killed it on SNL last night, February 5, 2017. Not least because she launched into a powerful monologue that was partially directed at Donald Trump. Admitting that she felt a little bit nervous to be hosting because “the President was probably watching,” she gave a nod to a certain tweet he posted back in 2012. Trump who seems obsess with the T.V. show – mostly because of the comical impressions the crew (including the now famous Alec Baldwin’s impersonations) does of the President weekly. In fact, Trump seems to Tweet his disappointment of the show every Sunday after the programs airing mostly because he doesn’t like the comic impersonations of himself, yet he can’t seem to stop himself from watching the weekly T.V. program.

Then, Kristen delivered this line: “But that is so okay, and Donald, if you didn’t like me then, then you’re really not going to like me now because I’m hosting SNL and I’m, like, so gay dude.”

The audience ruptured into cheers as Kristen – who has previously said she is “not defining” her sexuality – publicly called herself gay for the first time. While she’s never used a label to identify herself before, she’s been open about her relationships with women, referring to her ex, Alicia Cargile, as her “girlfriend” when they were together.landscape-showbiz-kristen-stewart-alicia-cargileIn an interview with Elle UK last year, she explained that “dating a girl” forced her to be more open about her relationships than when she was dating men.

“To hide this provides the implication that I’m not down with it or I’m ashamed of it,” she said. “So I had to alter how I approached being in public. It opened my life up and I’m so much happier.”
